Welcome!

Everything starts with an idea. My idea for this site was that no one should ever have to feel what I felt while on my journey trying to create that text book family. My journey through pregnancy miscarriages, Lovenox injections, IVF, our embryo donation experience and finally foster care.

I have an amazingly supportive husband, tremendous support from my family, friends who would drop anything to help me, but yet in the midst of all of that….I still felt….alone. It was the saddest loneliest feeling in the world. This blog will be a collection of past journal entries as well as present entries. Some are regular writings, some are rhyme format, and some are verbal vomit. I will update the blog multiple times a week, so please check in often. Feel free to ask questions-I am an open book…on me. That being said, I will not talk about how things made others feel as I cannot speak for them unless I know and have permission from them to talk about it. Thanks for stopping in and happy reading.
